Physical Therapy Services
We provide prescribed physical therapy treatment, aimed to develop and restore functions of the muscles and joints, to assist the patient in improving and facilitating maximum self-care and return to optimum function.
Occupational Therapy Services
Help the patient learn to perform physical tasks and regain skills required for independent living.
Medical Social Services
Assist the patient and family members to cope with personal and emotional impact of the illness or disability; help assess and evaluate factors affecting the patient to recover, by integrating financial assistance, referrals to community resources, such as transportation, meals on wheels and support group.
Laboratory Services
Facilitate laboratory tests prescribed by the physician.

Registered Dietician Services
Assist the patient and family members understand, accept and follow dietary modifications ordered by the physician.

Facilitate availability of medical equipment, supplies and prescribed medications ordered by the physician.
