  • We provide prescribed physical therapy treatment, aimed to develop and restore functions of the muscles and joints, to assist the patient in improving and facilitating maximum self-care and return to optimum function.​

  • Occupational Therapy Services

  • ​Help the patient learn to perform physical tasks and regain skills required for independent living.​

  • Medical Social Services​

  • Assist the patient and family members to cope with personal and emotional impact of the illness or disability; help assess and evaluate factors affecting the patient to recover, by integrating financial assistance, referrals to community resources, such as transportation, meals on wheels and support group.​​​

  • ​Laboratory Services

  • Facilitate laboratory tests prescribed by the physician.​

  • ​Assist the patient and family members understand, accept and follow dietary modifications ordered by the physician.

  • Durable Medical Equipment & Pharmaceutical Services

  • Facilitate availability of medical equipment, supplies and prescribed medications ordered by the physician.
